Terms and Conditions:

 

§ 1 Organizer

(1) The organizer of the competition is Futura Marketing- und Vertriebsservice GmbH,
represented by the managing director Kurt Schauer
(2) This competition is not connected in any way with Facebook or any other
social media provider on which this competition may be announced.
(3) This competition is not connected in any way with Tetris ® & © as well as Nintendo, JBL or the municipality of Kißlegg.

 

§ 2 Competition

(1) In this competition, 3 prizes will be raffled among the entries with the highest score.

  1. Place: Nintendo Switch console in neon red/neon blue including the game „Tetris 99“ worth 310 EUR
  2. Place: JBL Flip 5 Bluetooth speaker in black (waterproof) worth 99 EUR
  3. Place: a voucher for the municipality of Kißlegg worth 30 EUR

(2) Participation does not require the purchase of a product or service.
(3) The prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

 

§ 3 Participation

(1) The participant takes part in the competition by fulfilling the participation conditions.
This includes in particular the truthful completion of the participation form. There
may also be other conditions which can be found in the publication of the competition
(e.g. completion of certain tasks).
(2) Participation in the competition is free of charge. No paid services must be used to participate.
(3) A participant is always only a specific natural person; legal entities cannot
participate. Multiple participation, for example under a pseudonym or additional email
addresses, is excluded and leads to exclusion from the competition.
(4) The conditions of participation must be fulfilled during the duration of the competition
and transmitted to the organizer via the offered method. Participation via
a method other than the one offered for participation (e.g. another email address of the organizer) is excluded and will not be considered. Participation applications submitted before or afterwards will not be considered.
(5) The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from participation or from winning in the event of a violation of these participation conditions or suspicion of manipulation.
(6) Employees of Futura Marketing- und Vertriebsservice GmbH as well as all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
(7) Participation is only possible from the age of 18.
(8) Participation is possible until 15.09.2023 at 12:00. The three winners with the highest score will subsequently be contacted by email at kontakt@futura-marketing.eu.

 

§ 4 Prize Draw

(1) The winner must contact kontakt@futura-marketing.eu by email within 2 working days with complete address details. If the winner does not respond within the stated deadline, the prize will be raffled again. By participating, participants agree that in the event of a win, the contact address may be passed on accordingly for the purpose of sending the prize. The contact data will only be used for processing and subsequently deleted.

 

§ 5 Data Protection

(1) Insofar as personal data of participants is collected, processed and used within the scope of the competition, this will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and deleted after the competition ends. Furthermore, no data will be passed on to third parties.
